Hi, I am Laura and I work with women, building their strength, confidence and fundamentally a sustainable healthy lifestyle. My goal is not simply about the aesthetics of fitness; I aim to ensure that my clients experience a sense of fulfilment which can only truly be achieved by building a healthy body and mind.
Nevertheless, you WILL look and feel incredible.
I challenge my clients to achieve goals that they haven’t envisaged yet and make these a reality. Whether that be entering a race, posing for a photoshoot or truly feeling comfortable in their own skin.
I strongly believe that fitness should not be a fad. It is a way of life that is built over time. The results achieved by a quick fix will be lost just as quickly. My clients achieve their goals without giving up the foods they love or completely sacrificing their social lives. I educate my clients and ensure they understand the key components of fitness and nutrition in order to truly optimise their lives, health and physiques.

Twice a year, I run a client photoshoot. This is the perfect opportunity to do something out of your comfort zone, push your physique to new levels, meet some other incredible women and have an unforgettable experience with an incredible photographer.

I only work with a small number of people face to face. This is for anyone who is willing to do a minimum of 3 sessions per week with me. You will receive a nutrition plan and will be asked to complete other bits of training or cardio outside of the session.
